Managed Payments
Payment is due within 5 days of the auction end.
We will ship the item 2 business days after your payment clears.

Shipping

I send a product by EMS or DHL.

I attach the tracking number.
Please bid it without worrying.

Shipping is only available to the address registered in Paypal.
Please note that any address not registered in Paypal is not acceptable to ship.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday.
Weekends are not available because post office is closed.

Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item are not as described in our listings.

※In principle, NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE.

We will not refund shipping charges. If you received free worldwide shipping on your original order, you will be charged $50.00 as re-stocking fee & shipping cost from Japan to buyer. The resulting shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

In the event that a directly-managed store / brand-name store affirms a product to be a fake, we will take the necessary measures of collection.

Please tell us the store name, address and the name of the person in charge.
